Lawsonware recruitment

Lawson Ware is a pure headhunting firm working with high calibre clients and candidates. We work with clients on an exclusive basis but unlike our direct competition we do not charge a retainer fee, payment is on results. The Directors have over 25 years of recruitment experience, working with small and medium organisations as well as the top 100 companies.

We offer a simple yet effective approach to finding the top achievers, at both middle and senior management, in a range of market sectors and disciplines. Our approach is particularly effective for the more specialised and difficult to find individuals who are not responding to newspaper advertisements or database recruitment agencies.

We have an extensive network of contacts and have built solid and longstanding relationships over many years with industry and business leaders across a range of sectors. We find that good people recommend other good people.

We are totally results driven, whilst you will retain us to work with you, we don’t charge any retainer fee; payment is due when the candidate starts.
The fee is based on a percentage of the first year's basic salary only.
Within 20 working days we would typically present to you 3-4 highly qualified candidates.

 Lawson Ware consultants approach individuals through a referral network, should you be approached we will:
  
Give you as much information as possible on the company and opportunity. We do work in confidence with the identity of our clients and candidates, however you will know about them before they know about you!
Understand your background, skill set, ambitions and motivations and, of course, if you would be seriously interested in exploring the particular opportunity, we don’t want to waste anyone’s time!
 
 
After a number of detailed discussions should both parties agree to progress:
 
We will then be in a position to disclose the identity of the client and be able to provide you with specific information on the role and its responsibilities.
We will present your details to the client not just via a resume but through a detailed conversation outlining your experience, achievements and motivations as an individual.
We will provide you with as much information as possible on the company, position, potential, and of course the people you will be meeting. We try to ensure that you feel as fully briefed as possible.
We will arrange all meetings, ensuring that it does not compromise your current situation.
We help you to fully prepare for all interviews, obtaining and providing full feedback after each meeting
We will help and guide you through the signing of the contracts, resignation and counter offer process, all of which have their own challenges!
