Our Ethos

Integrated Healthcare Solutions (IHS) was established in February 2001 to provide top quality recruitment and outsourcing services to the UK Pharmaceutical, Healthcare and Medical sales sectors. Founded by Jerry Meek, Graham Hawthorn and Kristin Darlison, the aim of IHS is to reset the standards in our industry. We believe it is time for a step change in your expectations of what your service provider ought to be doing for you.

Quality of Service

Rather than build on something that was deemed to be acceptable by current standards, we have instead chosen to create a brand new organisation. Our first remit has been to improve the quality of the recruitment process for all parties. We believe that every aspect of the recruitment process must be of consistent, proven quality and constantly reviewed in order to keep the standards high.

National Coverage

We also deliberately set up a national network - as we cannot set ourselves up as a standard bearer if we are out of reach for some of you. We knew we had to be able to encompass all of the UK, to give you the confidence that you could rely on us, wherever you are. You will find that you will receive the same high standard of service from each office - and every consultant - all the time.

We have established our offices in the population hubs of London, Manchester and Edinburgh so that we can meet everyone quickly and easily; our consultants can travel to Bristol, Leeds, Newcastle, Belfast within a couple of hours from the office, and we are happy to provide meeting rooms for clients upon request. We have quickly built a reputation for delivering a consistent, innovative, efficient and professional service, whether you are a candidate or a client (and one frequently turns into the other!).

Flexible Service

Of course we realise that everyone will have different requirements, so IHS provides a range of bespoke medical Sales and Marketing recruitment and outsourced sales staffing solutions. For candidates our efforts are geared toward helping you realise your full potential, and finding you the right position with a company that suits you. For clients our efforts are geared toward helping you increase your sales and/or marketing effort within your given market and can range from managing multiple vacancy nationwide advertising campaigns through to providing one person to cover a 6-month opening.

Our People
