1. Client research and market awareness
1.1 Understanding our client's needs
Each assignment begins with a face-to-face meeting to ensure complete clarity on the organisation, its culture and the exact nature of the position. Utilising our sector expertise, we can help define the role and the key competencies required as well as suggesting a salary and benefits package that will attract the most talented individuals. Target markets, advertising media and assessment processes would also be discussed and agreed.
1.2 Research and knowledge management

2. Targeting and approaching candidates
2.1 Candidate evaluation
Our consultants conduct in-depth candidate interviews in order to be able to provide a thorough and objective analysis of the capabilities of candidates and their 'fit' to the client.

4. Follow up
Once the appointment has been made we follow up with the client and candidate to obtain feedback and a thorough evaluation of the placement and the process undertaken.
